    A hugely popular two-bedroom home on a 6.57ha plot in Waimakariri has sold for $1.255 million – almost double its 2019 RV. The lifestyle property on Beatties Road in Ashley attracted huge interest from around the country, with more than 100 groups flocking to see it in the last three weeks.
